For over 25 years, Jeff Davison has
represented clients in state and federal courts and corporate
boardrooms throughout the United States and Internationally. He understands that extra
effort is required for success in the law business and he therefore
always attempts to give the client something more than they expect.
He recognizes it is essential to communicate frequently with his
clients, as well as to be innovative in attempting to provide
reasonable, cost-effective solutions. Davison diligently works
to identify the unique needs and objectives of clients early on in
his representation in order to develop both cost-effective
strategies, as well as creative solutions for that particular
client's needs. He knows his clients will not care how much he knows
until the clients know how much he cares.
In 2006, Jeff Davison recovered over
$37,000,000 for his clients in complex
construction matters involving: defective
owner-provided design and survey documents;
differing site conditions; delay and
interference claims. In the first
quarter of 2007, Davison has enabled his
clients to receive over $21,000,000¹.
During the same time frame, Davison
negotiated Pass-Through-Claims Agreements
with subcontractors of his prime contractor
clients and assisted them in successfully
recovering millions of dollars on their
claims from the owners and other third
parties. He cooperated with a
construction project owner's claims
representatives and attorney, whose
interests were adverse to Davison's client
and assisted in jointly developing with
opposing counsel, a unique ADR technique for
cost effectively resolving complex
construction claims, which saved both the
owner and the contractor millions of dollars
and time. With Davison's permission,
this claims resolution technique is being
presented at construction claims seminars by the Nielsen-Wurster Group,
Inc., which is nationally and
internationally known pre-eminent
construction claims consulting firm.
It is believed utilization of this
innovative way to resolve construction
litigation and claims is advantageous to
both the owner and the contractor in timely
and cost effectively resolving complex
construction issues.
In 2002, Davison recovered over
$5.5 million dollars for his clients in cases involving motor
vehicle accidents, product liability and contract claims.
Davison recognizes clients need attorneys who they feel free to call
in a time of crisis who will be genuinely concerned about their
welfare and motivated to succeed regardless of the challenge -
whether that means astutely negotiating a business transaction or
achieving victory in a courtroom.
Davison was honored by
selection for membership in the Outstanding Lawyers of America,
which is an honor bestowed upon our nation's finest attorneys and
membership is limited to only 100 lawyers per state. Membership in
the Outstanding Lawyers of America serves as a standard for
measuring achievement and success in the legal profession.
Davison's selection was based upon nomination by his peers and
review of his professional achievements and accomplishments by the

appointed to serve on the Business Advisory Council to serve the

process of government reform. The Business Advisory Council is
